1. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Ground Shipping: $10 (delivery within 4-8 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $20 (delivery within 3-5 business days)
- Overnight Shipping: $50 (delivery within 1-2 business days)
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the Site.
3. Signature Requirement
For orders with a value over $300, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping services and will notify customers once international shipping becomes available.
